Sunday RnR: Michael Jackson – Off the Wall

offthewall

I must apologize again, dear readers. I am again strapped for time and cannot put the proper love and care into Sunday RnR as it deserves. But I’ll be damned if a week goes by without a Sunday RnR until I eventually get canceled. For today, Michael Jackson will bail me out of this pickle with his 1979 album Off the Wall being certified platinum on December 10, 1979. 5 singles were put out from this album, including “Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough”, “Rock With You”, “Off the Wall”, “She’s Out of my Life”, and “Girlfriend”. Can all these facts be learned by hardly scrolling down the albums Wikipedia page? Yes. Yes they can. But does the Wikipedia page embed the album to listen to while learning? No. So I’ll post this, and apologize for the quickness in which this has been written. I will hopefully return the proper care to this program next week.
