Sunday RnR: Alter Bridge – The Last Hero

I mentioned last week that I enjoyed this album in my post for Sum 41’s 13 Voices. But not much is happening for rock music this week either, (though today is Weird Al and Robert Trujillo’s birthday) so I’ll give a quick write up on Alter Bridge’s The Last Hero and let you all listen to it. I’ve shared a lot of the singles as they were released for this album, and in listening to it, i find myself coming back to “Cradle to the Grave”,  “You Will Be Remembered”, and “Crows on a Wire” after a couple listens. But every song is great on this album, and as I usually point out when I talk about this band, I love Myles Kennedy’s voice. He sounds exactly the same live as he does on the album, and that’s a talent I think goes under appreciated these days. But check out their new stuff. I like it a lot, and hope you can enjoy it too.
